    Hi,

Our site uses the Donations plugin, and we need to add some custom options to our donation product. The donations are for a hospice, and doners need to have the option to donate in honor of someone. If they check the “Yes” checkbox, then we have first and last name fields appear. We are trying to use Phoeniixx Development’s WooCommerce Product Custom Options Pro plugin to add the custom fields and the conditional logic for this feature.

Unfortunately, there seems to be an issue between PP Donations and the Phoeniixx custom options plugin. Any product that has the Product Data drop down set to “Donation” fails to show the custom fields on the front-end. If I set the same product to Simple, or Variable the custom fields show successfully on the front-end.

I know the Phoeniixx custom options plugin can adjust the product price based on the custom options settings. So perhaps the custom options plugin isn’t displaying on donation products, because donations don’t have a “hard” price set. Just guessing.

Here’s a product (type-Donation) in our sandbox site that has custom options applied, but they don’t show on the front-end.

And here is a product (type-Simple) with the same custom options applied and properly displaying on the front-end.

Is their anyway to fix this? I have also written Phoeniixx with the same details. It would be wonderful if these two plugins could work together!

Any suggestions? Thanks for the help.
