Donations aren’t supported in this organization’s country

    I am having the same issue as some of the users. As the title says, after clicking “donate” I am being redirected to the page with the message: “Donations aren’t supported in this organization’s country”

    Account type: business Country: Serbia

    After plugin installation several years ago it was ok. Then, after some time it switched to this message. Few months back, on my surprise it was working again yet, I just checked before I have updated plugin and it is not working again. By the way, for all this time there was not a single donation made so I can not confirm it was working (while I have been redirecting to a proper page).

    I haven’t been making any changes in my paypal account except replacing expired card with new one which I have confirmed and been using with a paypal for over a year now.

    Hi, do you have a personal or business account with PayPal? Also, have you contacted PayPal support regarding your account?

    Have you read my post completely? I noted that I am using business account.

    As far as I could find, the only way to contact PayPal is via phone so no, I have not tried to contact them.

    My apologies, for not paying attention to that part of your comment. In that that is good to know that you are using a Business account.

    As far as I could find, the only way to contact PayPal is via phone so no, I have not tried to contact them.

    It is important that you contact PayPal. As far as I know our plugin works with many countries. However we can’t control if there are any changes made by PayPal regarding donations for some countries.

    It is good to know that donations actually depend of paypal business polices with each country and not only the plugin itself. I will try to google out the info. Eventually find someone who can tell me more about. Not sure if I am going to call them as well.
