Donations & Donors not showing in back end

  • Hello,

    I’ve made donations with the sand box and the production server and the “donations & donors” don’t appear in the back-end.

    Here is the copy of my log:

    I don’t think it made it all the way through the process. Take a look at this log:

    Are you running this on a local dev machine or out on the Internet?

    The site is running on the internet.
    I’ve made a second test to have new lines in the log file, but the resutl is the same…

    Well, it’s clearly not completing the transaction. PayPal has an IPN tester. You might want to feed your IPN address into the tester and see what comes out.
