Donations don’t appear in orders list backend

    Hello,

    I have a question about your plugin. I have used it to create a donation button. Now I’m testing it with Paypal sandbox. I can complete donation but it doesn’t appear in orders list in backend. Why? Is it due to the fact that my website in running on a different server instead of WordPress hosting? If that’s the case, can you tell me the url IPN for my Paypal account? Thanks

    @anna2890, Do you have the debug option enabled in the plugin settings? If not please enable debug and make a test purchase so I can check it.

    @anna2890, Thank you. The payment is not fully completed. It’s pending. That’s why the plugin did not process it.

    Hello Noor,

    Does pending state depend from the fact that I have enabled Paypal sandbox test and I’m using test accounts? Because when I make the donation a message says that it’s completed and it appears in my test account recap. So when I use real accounts will the plugin process payments?

    @anna2890, Sandbox/test purchases can also be completed. As long as PayPal sends a notification of a completed purchase the order will be processed by the plugin.

    My developer tells me that he needs paypal ipn url otherwise Paypal doesn’t know to what endpoint sending notification. Thanks.

    @anna2890, I’m not sure why your need it. The plugin is already telling PayPal where to send the notification for a particular purchase.
