Donations go to ????

  • Hi I am just setting up personal fundraiser and upon contacting paypal to complete the setup I got totally confused as far as the usage for this plugin. Is this plugin for members of my site to receive donations generated from campaigns they create or is does it generate donations for me?
    I am looking for a plugin that will allow my members to gain donations, if I am in the right location then my next 2 questions are “What is the (2) required fields needed in intial setup? and Do I need to create a page for this plugin or do I embed the codes into the page I want it to appear? Thank you in advance ??

    The idea is for you to receive donations in your paypal account. Members of your site simply can raise donations for you.

    aah I see. Is there a way to make this plugin more personal and allow members to receive the funds they raise? If not can you suggest a plugin that can achieve this?

    Hey John, I was just chatting with Paypal and I found that this is a feature that they can be supported but it is definitly something for a developer to tackle. Maybe this is something you can think over for future plugin fun. Thank you for the response.:)

    Hi john i`m also in the same situation it would be great if you could add that fuctionality to the plugin so the people making donations would know to whitch cause and members they a donating too has the paypal only displays that the people are donating to the website and not to the cause or person.

    there is also an issue is that once the donation is made by paypal it doesn`t update the donation records on the website, does it have to be done manualy???? if not please need your help.
