Donations not working

    Hi,

    So there is a strange issue of donations not showing up on the campaign page. Payments go through woocommerce, reports and list of donations in the admin backend shows transactions, but progress bar and number of backers stays at 0. Also contributors list not showing anything. Would I miss anything in the settings?

  • Hi @multidimentional ,

    You have to chnage the status of the donation to update it accordingly. Please follow this screenshot and hopefully you will understand how to change the status of the donation. After that, your campaign progressbar and backers number will be changed.

    Fantastic. Thank you.
    One more thing. Is there any list of shortcodes I could use? Progress bar and total amount is not visible when I display a campaign from the short code.
