Hi, How can I get this to work please? I kept getting the Done creating an empty archive. So I loaded the 2.0.5 version and I couldn’t even locate it. I tried Duplicator and that didn’t work. I tried managewp, nothing. It’s driving me crazy, yesterday I spent 7 hours trying to clone my site. Please let me know…. Thanks!

Could you paste the exact error here?

It’s just pulsating saying “DOWNLOAD https://WWW.MYSITE.COM SIZE 254 MB

Yes, you have to click the download button to download the exported file to your computer. ??

Now it is “Restoring Database” How long does this take because at this time I have: Error establishing a database connection

It should not take more than 5 minutes on “Restoring Database”, GEWadmin.
You may need to contact your hosting provider if you receive “Error establishing a database connection” though.
