Doner Dashbord not translating

I mentioned this on my reply over on our feedback site, but the way the donor dashboard is translated is using internationalization/localization for Javascript:

@benmeredithgmailcom I tried the sample snippet. but nothing happened.
I am able to console the code in the index.js file but the code is not going inside of the wp.hooks.addFilter function.
