Donor List – No information

  • I am using wp donate Version 1.5.

    I am not sure what is happening but all of a sudden the donation information is not populating in the admin area. The donations are going through and the donors are getting confirmation emails, but I am not seeing any of the donor info in the admin area.

    Below is a screenshot of the admin area (note I have blurred out the name of the person who gave the last donation that successfully went into the admin area)

    Same thing for me… no details about donations in admin…. not useable since last WordPress update it seems. Can we get an answer?

    same here! no user details records showing in DB. shows transactions but no user details or notes.

    Listing of donor at admin area is one of the top features of this plugin and it is not working. I really like this plugin and would love to have this feature working.

    Can you please add instructions here as to how to get this feature to work.

    I will give you a little more detail.

    Under the Donor List the donate-options.php file is working as it is showing “No Record’s Found.”
    The Settings tab is working fine.
