    Hi there,

    I’m having issue finding a solution for this:

    My client wants to transition to remove a service after September 1st but wants to be able to book appointments for that service until that date. The only thing I could think of was changing the setting for the period available for booking in advance within the service settings – but it won’t work as if it’s set to 30 days, at the end of August the customer’s would be able to book in September.

    She also wants to allow bookings for a separate service starting September 1st – but hopefully allow bookings to start now for the first date available for appointments September 1st.

    How would I go about doing this?

    Hello there.

    First, we sincerely apologize for the late response!

    With the Lite version of Amelia, this is not possible.

    With the Full version of Amelia, you’d gain access to Special Days and Days Off features. With those, you would have two approaches:

    1. To remove all Work Hours from the employee’s profile, and define Special Days until September 1st. After those Special Days end, no bookings will be available.
    2. To configure your employee’s Work Hours regularly, but add Days Off that will block all dates from September 1st onward.
