• The developers are great at marketing to entice you to try this app, however, it is very difficult for the average user to implement on a dual language site. I had a call with their support and they didn’t have any solutions other than me hiring a programmer, which I wanted to avoid. In the end I found another plug-in that fit my needs.

    For others reading this, we have a 30 day refund policy for all paid plans, including purchase renewals. The terms of membership are clearly defined on our membership pricing, checkout, and confirmation emails. We also email all users a week in advance of a renewal payment so that they can take action on cancelling the renewal so that they do not get charged.
