• Downloaded; backed up with this plugin; but couldn’t restore the database without a whole bunch of headaches. You need to need to execute SQL scripts one table at a time; then you need to rename each one.

    Seems like they would have better supporters, if they gave a backup and recovery solution.

    This sucks; the first review I write and it has to be a crap one.

    Brian,
    Wish you would have contacted me in the support forum. There is an option in WPBackItUp to generate a single script that can be used in place of all the SQL files. Just need to turn it on and then can import the entire database with one file. We separate them out for each table because some databases are just too large to put in a single SQL file but we have an option to also generate the single file. Its easy to find because we use the .db extension vs .sql.

    Sorry you had such a bad experience but next time reach out to these support forums and ask for help. Most of us plugin authors watch them and are happy to help.
