Don’t bother!

  • This plugin was good a year or so ago but over the past 6 mos. has been worthless. Either sends posts out in batches (clearing out a backlog) OR most recently never sends the latest posts out. And NO support is right! — when you comment to support you get an automated email response saying something like “tell me more” and then you do and you never hear back (this has happened to me multiple times).
    I am deactivating this plugin forever now, which is a shame because it had such potential!

    I’m handling the support for the past two months and I don’t remember anybody saying “tell me more” or any automated message in the first response. We do not use canned messages and we always try to provide a resolution in the first response itself.

    ?For your information, we have released a new version which includes bug fixes and enhancements to the UI so you shouldn’t have any issues using it.

    I totally agree, it has a potential but they dont bother workign on the issues and have their own agenda.

    I will delte it soon as well and should be refunded, enough wasting time.
