don’t buy the add-on

Thank you for the review. We know well that the issues you had were site specific issues, so it’s not fair to leave the review in general. We have thousands of customers and 99% of them are supper satisfied with the addons. The little part had either conflicts with other plugins or cache issues.

Addons works fine and we constantly update them. It’s close to the Christmas holidays and the support staff works a little slow. We’re sorry that your support was delayed because of this reason. We’ll do our best to help you as soon as possible.

i am using few add-on and none of them are working well. The most worst part is when i ask how to solve the plugin problem (the add-on is completely not working ), your customer support told me “This issue will fix it in the next update”. Which mean you are selling some add-on is completely unusable for customer, you knew it but still selling it.

I think it is fair to leave a review for public, especially my question on your support forum delay so long, but reply me here for just 2 hours ??

I found your support topics and I see our team have actively helped you even with making some videos. So you’re getting very well support. I don’t see reason to leave such a review. You’re just a little inpatient. Here are your topics:

Believe me, leaving a bad review to the monetizing object of a free plugin always kills the main free plugin. As you can see, the support is doing all to help you. If you call not to buy addons then you should expect the free plugin will no longer actively developed and updated. All the best free WordPress plugins are based on some paid addons to keep up the free plugin development.

First of all, answering customer questions is not just answering once and then disappearing, is making them could solve the problem. In the BuddyPress add-on question, you can see that when I ask a question, they just answer: “The issue will be fixed in the next version.” Now everyone You can see who is right and who is wrong, and it doesn’t solve my problem at all. I asked when it will be updated, and there is no reply. Then what do I do? Bought an Add-on that doesn’t work at all?

Rudeness doesn’t help. As you can see, the plugin has very high rating because of its addons, support and quality. So, that’s why I said this is not a general issue. Yes, you have got issues with some addons, and we’re doing our best to help you. In very rare cases, some adodns don’t work on some websites. There is no way to create a 100% working plugin.

We’ll continue improving addons to avoid even these rare cases. Just keep in touch with the support, we still love you and want to see all issues solved.
