Nothing but hassles with pro version

I’m disappointed. First the black friday coupon didn’t work. Webappick could assist and it worked. After ordering and paying the pro version I got an api license key and a download link. The “download file” link didn’t work, because it was linked to my account page where wasn’t any download. I found in the menu a link “downloads”, but there wasn’t a download either. No file, no fun. I asked Webappick for cancelling and refunding my order. No answer. I asked Webappick for support and after 2 workdays I was told that the download link is in the “api download” section. No apology for the misleading download link. So I took the file and installed it. But the api license key doesn’t work. And the pro features are not active. I asked again for support and since yesterday I’m waiting (day 4) for assistance.
