Don′t buy The Pro Version!!

  • My review is: ZERO star. Don’t buy the Pro Version. You won′t get any support. They take your money, and if there are any issues, they f**k off.

    We used SED for many years and since the new owner it′s embarrassing.

    Hi @cyrock, I’m sorry we let you down.

    We were awaiting some dev decisions about the issue you brought up, it’s larger than we thought and took a while to gather all the facts and put a plan in place. We’re hoping to address it in the new year.

    In any case, we should have done better with our communication. Happy to cop the 1-star for that.

    Once we solve this, I’ll reach out here and try to mend the fence.
