Don’t buy the PRO version

I bought the Pro version off their website, never got a download link for it. I emailed the support email given, they said I should get another email with the link. Never got it, but they sure ran off with my $11. I emailed them a total of three times, but they never responded after the first. I had to go out of my way and file a complaint with PayPal to try and get my money back. So now I have to wait and see if I have to escalate the situation or not. ALL I WANT IS THE PRO VERSION TO USE ON MY WEBSITE! PLEASE GIVE ME WHAT I BOUGHT!
