    Technical support was not helpful. Plug-in does not work at all on website, and Bundler insisted compatibility is not part of their responsibility.

    You will never know if this plug-in works on your site seamless until you buy and install it. Then, you will find it is not working at all, and you contact customer service. Then, they go around, asking for all the access even including FTP access, come back after half month, and tell you they cannot resolve the issue nor refund.

    If you want to experience the same, please go buy it:) Their customer service really helps you to explore the darkness of human nature.

    Their technical support insisted no refund because of protection on intellectual property. The truth is there are so many competitors on the market who works better than them, so who gives it a fxxk? Whoever wants to join the market would do research on a stronger competitor.

    In addition, this plug-in is not that hard. I don’t understand why they could not do better debugging before they released.

    We are really confused by your review..

    First of all, you bought Bundler pro on Oct 8th. Right after your purchase, you sent us an email to ask for a refund. Our support team replied to you within 2 minutes to ask for more information but we haven’t got a reply from you until Oct 30th (22 days after you bought the plugin) ?? https://ibb.co/z4GVSSV

    Right away, we replied to you and asked for the necessary access to help check if the issue was related to Bundler or not.

    After investigation, we identified that the problem was related to your minification plugin which was breaking your store’s scripts and functionality at different levels even when Bundler was disabled, which means that Bundler was not the source of the problem ?? https://ibb.co/fNkSCVd

    This is a common downside of JS minification, and even though the problem was not related to our plugin, our support team took the time to fix the js minification issue for you and explained the actions that you should take to improve your store’s performance.

    But you kept insisting on getting the refund one month after your purchased the plugin while still enjoying the premium features and without reporting any issue related to Bundler, so we don’t understand where the problem is.
