• After trying the pro version for 3 hours of the plugin we came to the conclusion that the plugin isn’t working for us. The images of variations won’t change when selecting a variation like it does in a normal Woocommerce shop. But the developer says this is a feature and not a bug.

We asked for a refund which stated in the FAQ: “We firmly believe in and stand behind our products 100%. But we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly refund your money. You can apply for a refund within 14 days of purchase.”

    Reaction of the developer:

“ I am sorry but according to our refund policy, refunds are only issued if you encounter a technical bug that we are not able to solve.
A feature request that is not included in the plugin is not considered as a bug. Let me know if you have any other questions.”

We are taking legal action against this developer.

    Hello,

Our team emailed you multiple times but we got no reply from you.

The feature you asked about?is already included in the Bundler pro plugin. For each bundle offer, you have the?possibility to add an image that showcases the bundle’s content. When an offer is selected, the corresponding image will be shown as the main image on the product’s page.

Our refund policy is in place to protect our plugin from fraudsters (people who are just looking to enjoy a premium plugin for free by asking for a refund). And since this feature is already present, there is no technical bug that justifies the refund.

We remain at your disposal if you need further help.

    Regards
