Don’t Buy this plugin! Misleading refund Policy

After trying the pro version for 3 hours of the plugin we came to the conclusion that the plugin isn’t working for us. The images of variations won’t change when selecting a variation like it does in a normal Woocommerce shop. But the developer says this is a feature and not a bug.
We asked for a refund which stated in the FAQ: “We firmly believe in and stand behind our products 100%. But we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly refund your money. You can apply for a refund within 14 days of purchase.”
Reaction of the developer:
“ I am sorry but according to our refund policy, refunds are only issued if you encounter a technical bug that we are not able to solve.
A feature request that is not included in the plugin is not considered as a bug. Let me know if you have any other questions.”
We are taking legal action against this developer.
