Don't Cache Query String GET Requests?

I’m not a big tech guy, so this question might sound a bit dumb. I apologize for that.
My site URL look like this: https://www.mysite.co.il/?p=16347
I don’t use pretty links because the site is in hebrew, and when ever you paste a link in hebrew it turns out in jibrish with question marks and stuff.
So if my URL looks like this https://www.mysite.co.il/?p=16347 – ( GET REQUESTS)Don’t Cache Query String GET Requests? should be set to False, right?
