Don't count on any response to support requests !!

The out-of-the-box functions of this slide show do work very slick, and as long as you’re happy with the limited settings and setup with each skin you’re in luck. If, however, you need an answer to a support question or a request for custom tweaking even for payment, don’t count on it here.

I’ve been testing a dozen different slide show plugins on a test site for the last month and I’ve sent three support requests to this programmer, with ZERO response! In the settings there are few or no options to adjust the slide transitions so if you’re hoping for a classic Fade-in-Fade out, this isn’t your plugin. If you like dramatic swipes and slide movement, then you’ll be a happy camper. Also there’s no option to control the caption and title location. If you don’t like it covering your images on every slide, again, you’re out of luck. There are no built-in setting adjustments, no CSS control, and no programmer available to make these adjustments in the Flash .swf file.

It’s unfortunate as the initial look of the slide show is attractive and it has nice iPhone responsive display. But if you ever run into a glitch or need a custom adjustment, you’ve adopted an orphan and you’ll be starting from scratch with another plugin.
