Hello. The plugin dont generate the Thumbnails. The folder /wp-content/uploads/video-wc-gallery-thumb already exist, but no images there. I`d try versions 1.30 and 1.27. WordPress v.6.4.3</p> <p class=””>And have one more question. Maybe you can recommend some plugin Slider Gallery, that can see your plugin and show video in gallery. Because now I saw video only in Woocommerce standard gallery. When activate some Slider plugin – no video. Maybe it`s because of no Thumbnails?

    Thanks for answear

Permission is 755, I`d check this before contact you here. Health Check is Ok. The problem is not only in front-site. Video has no thumbnails in admin panel too and not playing in admin-panel. Like this https://postimg.cc/d7Tjb3rp

Okay. From the Health Check from the Info section, copy the information if possible. What video file are you uploading, what format does the plugin only work with MP4 and MOV at the moment? I’ve tested on different sites, threads I can’t simulate your problem. Check if the GD or Imagick PHP extensions are installed and properly configured on your server.

In what file I can add uniq class or id ONLY for video thumbnails?

There is no such option. You can try using JavaScript to locate the element and add a class or id to it. Another option you can try is to upload a .png photo in the video-wc-gallery-thumb folder, then enter the database to find the product and replace video_thumb_url with the name of the video you uploaded. Best if the problem is localized why not create thumbnails.

You didn’t tell me what video format you are using?

I try different video, not one. Format mp4. Can I assign one png-image for every video like a thumb somewhere in code? I mean as thumb for every video will be only one image (like square with play icon i mean).

I think the problem is with the server settings or the theme you are using. Best to copy info from Health check. Or try a new installation with a different theme, for example one of the free ones in WordPress to know where to look for the problem

2 day ago I installed to another domain nulled WordPress with free woocommerce theme + woocommerce + your plugin. The same situation – no thumb. I`d write about this here, but as I see the support delete this message.

Yes, I saw that, but I can’t figure out what nulled WordPress means. If you use a nulled theme it is not recommended then the problem could be more serious for your site and its security. That’s why I told you to try a different theme, for example this one: https://www.ads-software.com/themes/twentytwentyfour/ to see if you will have a problem with it, preferably on a new installation.

To be able to look around and you will be guided by the code. But I can’t recommend you to change the plugin like that because you might make your site vulnerable.
