Don’t display event’s title in page header

Hi, When showing a single event, the title of the event is shown in my header area. Is there an option in EM to choose not to display the title?

There is a page design option in my theme to hide a regular page’s title, but this is offered in each regular page’s design. It seems that when EM displays a single event as a page, it picks up the theme defaults which isn’t the place where my theme’s “hide title” option is accessible.

If there is no “hide title” option in the EM settings (and I can’t find one), is it possible to modify the php that selects the data specified by EM’s CONTENTS placeholder?
