don’t display logo on home page

Hi – is it possible to get a snippet to not display the logo on the home page only? The Client would like to have a huge logo in the centre of the home page with surrounding images which I can create as a graphic, but then the logo in header would not look good to be there as well. So I was wondering if I could have it not display on the home page but be there on all other pages. Is this possible? Many thanks.
