Don’t do what is expected.

Your review makes me disappointed for two reasons:

• I am French, and I have always been proud that my French users have always been awesome, discussing every issue nicely, sharing constructive feedback, etc.

• You run a website agency apparently (Agence La Bo?te); so I believe you should be absolutely aware of the technical implications to rename/modify/delete files in a WordPress sites. Using the words miracle and useless make it sounds you actually really don’t know.

By the way, I have many French friends running their own web agencies; so the Meow Apps plugins are running on a lot of French websites.

I don’t see any connection with the fact that I’m French? or that I’m a developer, or even the name of my company, what are you getting at? I tried the plugin and it did not work as expected. I gave my point of view, I’m sorry that your plugin didn’t work for me as you wanted. I would have liked it too! I understand your frustration, it must have been a lot of work. I’m sorry about that.

The connection is that normally, people are interested in resolving issues. At least, in my experience. Even more in the case of a developers or staff of a web agency.

Saying that it doesn’t work and leave a bad review serves no purposes. If there is an issue, we should fix it – if the developer is not willing to fix it, indeed, that deserves a bad review.

Imagine you make a website for free to a client; he doesn’t like it, he blames you online without even asking you to try to make any changes. Not very nice, right?

Fixing the issue would have been beneficial for everyone, you, me, and future users ?? But doesn’t seem the world is going this way these days.
