don't duplicate begin and end year if the same

I’m sure I’ve already done this for someone in Russia. I’m out today but will take a look later. If you send me an email through the plugin website I will send you an update to test.

I’ve had another look at this and it’s not going to be an easy fix (The Rusian solution was for something else).

The problem is the date icons themselves. Creating them is quite complex with a lot of variables to process plus the various display options. So I will have a bit of a play but it might takes a few days to iron out the bugs.
