I am having the same issue. I receive the confirmation email but there is no Gift Card code. It only displays “(#gift-card)”. See screenshot here.

Anything? I would really like to use this plugin and not have to find another.

The screenshots attached belong to an email for “new order”. Please can you check your “order completed” email?

Ah yes, my mistake. The order must be “Completed” before the code is sent. Thank you again for your diligence!

So are you saying my customer has to wait several days for the order to be processed by my payment gateway (Stripe)provider before they’ll be sent another e-mail with the code?
