Dont get the info in custom fields on new orders

    Hello
    im having an issue with the new orders and cards payments
    a while ago i could see the details of the card when a new order was recibed, like this:

    but after some updates (i cant remember which), the customs fields appears like this:

    it doesnt show the cards details below automatically like before and as you can see, it shows the data in the right red square. this info helped me to know what kind of card is using the customer (debit or credit and how many monthly payments) so i can add that info to my offline system.

    how can i fix this?

    Hi there,

    The data highlighted in your screenshots would have been added by your payment gateway and isn’t something that the core WooCommerce plugin would have any direct control over. Just to make sure: Which payment gateway are you using on your site?

    hi, im using a plugin from the only one card administrator in Chile called Transbank, after proceed with the payment, a new windows is opened which is administrated by transbank

    Please get in touch with the support for your payment gateway to find out if there is a way to enable this missing metadata.
