    I bought the pro version, and it had many bugs. I reached out to the plugin developer for a refund and he refused to provide one unless I helped him troubleshoot all his bugs. Pretty frustrating customer service…

    The free version seems fine so far though.

    I’d suggest if you want to stay in business very long:

    (1) Give customers refunds when they seem frustrated about their experience with your product.

    (2) When someone provides feedback, instead of denying it, acknowledge it and commit to do better.
