Don’t getting any answer from support

Hi, I’m a plus user and I’ve asked for support three times vía loged in imagely website. Two, via the proper form and the third via the contact form (just in case it was any problem with the other.
They won’t answer. At all.
Anything I should know about this?
BTW, my problem is that the lightbox pro stopped working on mobile devices.
