Don’t have download option

    Successfully deployed , the entries are captured in database. But don’t have option to download ? do need to upgrade ?

    No, it’s out-of-box functionality of this plugin. Also, can you please confirm version number of plugin installed on your site

    You can export the entries in CSV file from Admin screen here is the path for the same
    WPForms>Contact form entry>Choose the form you for which want to download the entries
