Don’t hide contact form after submitting

  • Is there a way to stop the plugin from hiding the last contact form after the user hits “submit”?
    The problem is that on mobile devices, the “Thank you” message is shown way above the current viewport and the user is simply left staring at the footer area of the website. They have to scroll up to see the message.

    If the contact form remained visible, I think the “Thank you” message would appear right in the center of their screen, as it should.

    I saw a suggestion to edit the cf7msm.js file and remove certain lines referring to removing the contact form after sending, but nothing changed when I edited the file… Maybe the code directly responsible for this behavior has been moved somewhere else?

    Currently there is no option to optionally hide the form. What you can do is redirect the user to another page like a Thank you or Confirmation page. You would just need to add the url to the multistep tag.
