Don’t install

  • First off all, you don’t need this plugin, since WordPress enables you to make favicons easily from the customizer menu.

    Second, this plugin takes you away from your site (after you click a button that says it will take you to your media library, which it doesn’t…). Then the whole thing froze on me (in Safari). You’ll end up on a site that will generate an image for you, but also will show you lots of publicity. Uncalled for, and deceiving.

    Don’t waste your time with this plugin. The 200.000 installs mean that people buy the nonsense condition that the plugin needs the be active allways, and also that people haven’t discovered WordPress’ own built in favicon function yet.
