Don't know how edit category page thumbnails and layout. Please help!

    I have a little experience with HTML, but I can’t figure out how to get my category pages to let me have more than 2 previews on a page and how to enlarge my category page’s thumbnails (I’d like it to be a 3×3 grid of thumbnails). I’ve researched and all other similar WordPress posts have not helped me with my case.
