Don't know how to customize…No support available?

  • I am a novice to WordPress Plugins and downloaded Sharexy with excitement based on reviews. However, I don’t know how to customize it and the facebook share button is not appearing on the site. I”ve spent a long time trying to find out who to contact to edit Sharexy’s buttons, placement, feed choices, etc., but CANNOT FIND OUT where to start! This is very disheartening. I’ve used Acurax successfully and seamlessly, but Sharexy has proven to be a thorn in my side. ?? Can someone please help me?
