Don't know how to view and embed JW Player Plugin

In as much as I’ve read about using the JW Player Plugin, I am confused about using the plugin in WordPress. I’ve created a custom Player as well.

My newbie question is, where to I find the code to embed the player inside of admin, and where to embed the code, for example on my new website, https://www.paulsiebert.net? I want to embed the player underneath my slider and create a custom skin. I am sure this is simple, but the plugin doesn’t seem clear to “grab code here and embed in such and such file in your editor”.
