• I started off on the wrong foot with WPL and posted something in haste and frustration. WPL support has been extremely responsive and helpful. I opened a private ticket and learned there was a Javascript conflict between WPL and JetPack which was resolved. Give WPL a shot and stick with it. If you have problems, ask for help and you’ll get it.

  • How do you know that the error wasn’t yours? Why didn’t you try to contact the plugin’s author about this by posting a topic in the plugin’s dedicated sub-forum?

I get that. There are so many problems, it’s hard to know where to start asking questions other than to say “I installed your plugin and it doesn’t work.” That’s not going to get me anywhere

I’d suggest raising each issue with the plugin’s developer one-by-one. Once you get a couple of issues sorted, you may find that the rest have disappeared.

    Hello,

Thanks for your feedback. We answered your questions in plugin forum. Please check them all and if you couldn’t fix the issues. Feel free to open a private ticket. Then we will check it ourselves. Also we’re providing premium support for free now.

No need to uninstall and install the plugin again. it won’t help you.

    – For the agent issue we replied to you maybe you forgot to add the user to WPL.
    – For the property appearing issue maybe the property is not finalized or confirmed or it trashed temporary.
    – If you can’t finalize a property, maybe you didn’t fill a mandatory field and WPL is throwing an alert for this. You can make the fields optional or mandatory from Flex manu.
    – If you can’t confirm a property, maybe your user doesn’t have access to confirm properties. you can change the user accesses from WPL user manager. by default admin user has access to confirm properties.

@esmi, Thanks a lot for your participation in the discussion. ??

    Regards,
    Realtyna support team

    FineHomes,

As you can see non of your reported issues, were related to our plug-in at it was mis configuration from you side. We addressed these for you.

Do you still think that your 2 star review is fair?

Do you think, discouraging the author of free plug-in with such review is a benefit to wordpress community?

We will appreciate if you revise your review.

    Regards
