Don’t know…What the plugin is doing?

  • when I open “Add new”(for create new post), at the bottom of the page,there is a meta box(I dont know what it is called) hooked by nelio content. All the time, it shows loading..and also uses the internet all the time,without any activity. Please clarify,what this plugin wants to do.

    Hi!

    Thanks for getting in touch. If the meta box is stuck with the “Loading” message, I guess there’s a JavaScript problem (some of the information is loaded from our cloud using AJAX). Unfortunately, it’s difficult to tell from the outside. If you send us an email (customers at nelio software dot com), I’ll be more than glad to help you address this issue and get the plugin up and running.
