don’t neuter woocommerce just because it can’t get your list of addons

Can you account for curl errors and not neuter the plugin when https://woocommerce.com/wp-json/wccom-extensions/1.0/search is not available?

When it can’t complete its 3 absolutely mandatory calls to the above URL the plugin’s home page is blank.
