Don’t notify owner option

    With your previous Support Plus ticket system, you had a don’t notify owner option built in, could you bring that back? That would be helpful with some starting tickets for me to gather information from my clients.

    We have added this suggestion in our suggestion list. It option will be available in future version of the plugin.
