Don′t open user form

    Hello community. I just started to use ultimate members, it was working very well, but sudenly when i was making tests in my website, the user form don′t open, like does′nt exist. Even i took the shortcode and create a new page and not work. If you can help me with this issue please. Thanks to all

    Please describe in more detail. What shortcode do you paste? There is a form with this id from the shortcode?

    Hi @andrewshu, thanks for answer. I installed the pluging and used the forms that the pluging generate, the shortcode for the User is: [ultimatemember form_id=”1190″]

    Did you try to create a new form with one simple text field and check it.
