• I installed the plugin last October and quickly realized I would need a few hours to configure it. As I don’t have the time for that neither the knowledge, I decided to spend some money and to give it back to the people who are offering it for free. I decided to pay 150$ to W3 EDGE, the company who created W3 TOTAL CACHE, for a service called Theme Performance Optimization & Plugin Configuration. Basically they do the work for you. It’s a pricy plugin configuration but it was important for me so I decided to give it a go…

    Bad idea..

since then, nothing has been done, I contacted them every month and got the first answer from Frederik in December which was almost arrogant in terms of how impatient I was when all this team is doing is basically coding for free and working so hard etc, etc…

    well I paid… don’t I deserve smth ?

now I want my money back… Frederick is not even answering me anymore…

uninstalled the plugin… I lost… too bad for me.

  • Hey there,

this has just happened to me – I paid them a week ago and despite multiple emails to make contact I have heart nothing?

What did you end up doing? Did they give you your money back?

    This is unaccaptable customer service!

    sorry to hear that..

    what can I do ? sue them ? for 150$ ? it’s not worth it…

so I just lost that money… and all I can do it tell others not to have anything to do with these guys…

but maybe you still have chance to get it back from your bank ?!? Don’t you have one month to reclaim a payment on a credit card ?
