This is the most 3rd class plugin you can come across, previously it was not such a pathetic experience. They don’t provide any support, even in their premium plugin, more than 10 days ago tickets are still unattended. WordPress should remove this plugin. You can use WHMPress or a theme like MaxHost which doesn’t need any plugin to communicate with WHMCS.
