    I purchased the migration app to migrate a wp site and had to wait to a day to obtain the license by paying someone to recover it. Once recovered it did not work. I contacted support who was unhelpful and rather rude. I had to purchase Jetpack since it did not work and I was refused a refund.

    If you’re in a rush or need an app to assist with migrating a wp website, use Jetpack. As a small business owner, I don’t have a lot of time to spend questioning if a product works well. I doubt you do either. This one sadly missed the mark.

  • I’ve been using this plugin for 4+ years and it’s saved hours of work. Even with Elementor Pro (exporting kits) All in one works better.

    Jetpack ads a lot of much unnecessary bloat, this plugin does what’s needed and then you can deactivate/delete, jetpack forces you to have it on all the time, an unwise choice for backup/exporting/importing.

    Congrats – Im glad it’s worked for you for four years but it didn’t work for me for four minutes. I had trouble with it from purchase to it crashing my site.

    I think it would be unwise to continue to reach out to support for help if it didn’t appear that support intended to assist.

    My site is working great and I’ve had no issues.

    Maybe your info is outdated and you should take a look at JetJack.

    Also, your message sounds trolly – Do you have stock in the company or something? Maybe be nicer to strangers on the internet. It’s ok for others to have a different opinion.

    Then let me be more precise. The plugin license took forever to get to me. I reached out to support to try and obtain the license. When I finally received the license with no help from support, the plugin crashed my site. I’m not looking through my trash to find the ticket number. Hire better customer service. They didn’t help me receive the license info but they sure could send me the unsubscribe link and let me know I would not receive a refund.

    I’m not interested in receiving any type of support. I purchased the Jetpack plugin and had to do nothing else. Im sticking with Jetpack.
