Don’t receive messages on some mail domains

    Hi, i use Ultimate Member + WP Mail SMTP plugins and when I try to register an account with a .ru mail domain (e.g. yandex.ru, mail.ru, bk.ru Russian domains) i do get nothing. At the same time with TLD (like gmail.com) everything is fine. How can i fix this?

    If you are able to get anything at all – plugin works.
    The rest is domain/ip/whatever else issues

    Your domain (3rd level) has SPF record and MX records, therefore it can be sufficient for Gmail and maybe others, but its a 3rd level technical domain of timeweb hosting and therefore can be directly blacklisted by Yandex and Mail.ru

    Best solution should be getting own (2nd level) domain, setting MX and SPF for it, preferably using DKIM signing as well (everything is set at hosting side, not the plugin)
