Don’t receiving attachments via Mail

    Hello Dear Support Team,

    I have the problem that no attached files in the “upload” formular get send included in the following mail. The files are small enough and are the right “file types”.

    why should there be a sale id? You advertise the upload function as included in the free version. So please keep your promise to the customers and provide a functioning upload function to all of us. Thank you very much.
