Don’t see All fields in mapping contact form 7

    Hi,

    I am using SendGrid and contact form 7.

    I am not seeing all the fields in the Field Mapping.

    I see only Email Address and Full Name.

    But I don’t see how to map the phone number, and other contact form 7 fields.
