    Hello @martinmasor ,

Thank you for reaching out and bringing this to our attention!

The plugin lists products with one of the following statuses: Publish, Pending Review, Draft, Private, or Trash. If your products have a different status, they will not be included.

Could you please check the status of your products? You can easily verify this on the edit product page in WooCommerce.

If your products fall under one of the supported statuses and you’re still experiencing issues, feel free to let us know. We’re here to assist you!

    Hello @martinmasor ,

Thank you for letting us know about the issue! Since you have over 10,000 products, the plugin might be struggling to handle such a large amount of data due to server limitations. To fix this, you can ask your hosting provider or website administrator to increase the memory and time your server allows for processing tasks. For example, they can increase the memory to 256MB and the time limit to 300 seconds.

If these changes don’t solve the problem, your hosting provider can also check if your server needs more resources or adjustments to handle large product lists. Let us know if you need help explaining this to them or have any other questions!
