    Hey. There was a problem with the display of delivery options for the USA, all other countries are working, and show delivery options to almost all countries, but if the plugin selects the USA country, then there are no delivery options in the basket for all countries. I attach an example in the screenshots. Version of the plugin: demo. Installed from the WordPress repository. I’m working with WooCommerce. Thanks in advance!

    As per the error provided by you, you can see that the the measurement units used by you are KG/CM. For USA, you will not get the rates with these.

    You need to switch to LBS/IN.
    Kindly change that in the settings page of the plugin and also in “WooCommerce –> settings –> Products”.

    This should resolve your problem.

    Yes you are right. NOT carefully looked at the logs, everything works, thank you very much !. One more detail: if the registered buyer buys, then the address is there and the delivery methods are visible, but if the buyer is not registered then it is appropriate and the address is not present and does not show the delivery options. Is there a solution to this problem? or is the solution through a paid version of the plug-in?

    It does not matter whether the buyer is registered or not. If he is not registered, then he needs to put in the address details in the cart page or checkout page to get the rates. Can you please try this?

    The fact is that the address can not be entered on the cart page. Only on the order page. On the cart page, the delivery can be viewed in one way-the delivery calculator. But this is not very convenient for visitors. It would be convenient if you could make the default send address. Set the address of delivery by default in the WooCommerce , then there does not tighten the zip-code

    The plugin works with a supplied address. Ideally, WooCommerce should have a mechanism to set a default address. You can look over the web for a code snippet to achieve this. One you incorporate this, the rates will definitely come.
