Don't see plugin on network admin dashboard

    I am running multisite and have installed this plugin. I thought this plugin would only be available to the network admin, but don’t see it in the network admin dashboard anywhere.

    I am only seeing it in each child site’s dashboard. I only want the network admin to have access to this plugin, not anyone else.

    Is this possible? Did I possibly install it incorrectly?

    WordPress has not network roles and capabilities. This stuff is organized on per site basis. Thus plugin is available for use via site’s dashboard, not via network admin dashboard.

    But by default its menu items is still available for the network admin user only.
